I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that the whole staff has been extremely responsive to all of my needs. It is obvious that we share the same philosophy and mindset and this helps us both achieve our goals. I don't want to single any one person out because I believe I have spoken with the entire staff at one time or another. Every communication has been courteous and responsive. By the way, the backend design that you have is awesome. It is really easy to use and it took no time for me to load up my site with content! My Realtors and Business Professionals are also quite excited about the new design of my site. This should prove to strengthen those existing relationships as well as create new opportunities. On March 21, 2009, I was on live television nationally on the Fox Business Network for a one hour interview as an expert on a panel with a Financial Planner and a CPA. I thought it might be a good idea to let my entire customer database know that I was going to be on live television, so I sent out an email blast through my 220 Marketing System. I figured that somehow it might add a little credibility since very few people in the business get this kind of opportunity... Before I even made my guest appearance I had received a number of phone calls and noticed quite a spike in activity on my website because the link back to my website was integrated prominently in the email blast. I got two fence sitters to move forward and lock in their rates, and two brand new transactions! I have to admit that it was an accident because I never really looked at email marketing as a viable client acquisition tool - shame on me! I will tell you that I will be incorporating this strategy on a regular basis because it only took a few seconds to put it together and the results were far beyond my expectations. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks!
